A trip to the United Kingdom to attend the Final Black Sabbath show. Spent a couple days roaming London. I was very sick and lost my wallet on the train from Heathrow. Luckily I carry 2 wallets and had no problems without my wallet other than getting new cards when I returned to the United States.
On the way back I ended up on the same plane from LHR-ATL as a fellow storm chaser. He was returning from Iceland and his flight was cancelled so he had to connect at Heathrow to get home. It was nice to have a number of hours to catch up with him in the air. What are the odds?
